Management Team

Greg Ramier is a member of the Board and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company. Prior to his appointment as CEO in September 2025, Mr. Ramier served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Pet Valu, with oversight of Merchandising, Marketing and Digital, Supply Chain, Franchise Store Operations and Corporate Store Operations teams. Prior to joining Pet Valu in August 2024, Mr. Ramier held multiple senior positions at Loblaw Companies Ltd. over a 23-year period, most recently serving as President – Market Division from 2018 to 2024, where he led the company’s full service conventional grocery and omnichannel business, and previously serving as Senior Vice President – Emerging Business from 2012 to 2018, where he oversaw the company’s ancillary retail and merchandising centres of excellence. Mr. Ramier earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and a Master of Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario.

Linda Drysdale is Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company, overseeing all finance functions including financial reporting, planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, internal controls and tax. Prior to joining Pet Valu as CFO in March 2023, she served as a Member of Pet Valu's Board of Directors since August 2021, and Audit Committee Chair since December 2021. Ms. Drysdale has held multiple leadership positions over a 30-year career including serving as CFO of Interac and Canadian Tire Bank, holding senior roles in finance and internal audit with Canadian Tire and BCE, and leading privacy and enterprise risk management practices at PWC and Deloitte. She currently serves as Board Member and Audit Committee Chair of Groupe Dynamite (TSX: GRGD). Ms. Drysdale earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Waterloo, a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Gaylyn Craig is Chief Retail Officer of the Company, with oversight across all corporate-owned and franchise stores outside of Quebec, including franchisee relations, operations support, communications, events and loss prevention. Prior to her appointment to this role in March 2025, Ms. Craig held various positions of increasing responsibility within the Corporate Store Operations team since joining Pet Valu in May 2014. She has also held store operations management positions at Aritzia, where she supported entry into the Quebec market, and Starbucks Coffee Canada, where she led operations and training in their licensing division.

Catherine Johnston is the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel & Secretary of the Company, with oversight of the Company’s legal affairs. Prior to joining Pet Valu in February 2021, Ms. Johnston was an independent consultant from May 2019 to January 2021. Prior to this, Ms. Johnston was Vice President, Assistant General Counsel & Assistant Secretary at KIK Custom Products from April 2015 to May 2019 and Assistant General Counsel from October 2013 to April 2015. She has also held the position of Corporate Secretary & Legal Counsel at Brookfield Asset Management Inc. and Assistant Secretary & Legal Counsel at Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited. Ms. Johnston earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Toronto and is a graduate of the Directors Education Program at the Institute of Corporate Directors at University of Toronto.

Melissa Lessard is President and General Manager of Chico, overseeing strategy, operations and performance of Pet Valu’s retail banner in Québec. Prior to joining Pet Valu in February 2026, Ms. Lessard held several leadership positions at Alimentation Couche-Tard (TSX: ATD) and Labatt Breweries of Canada across marketing, merchandising, operations, and supply chain, most recently serving as Divisional Director of Operations, Strategy & Integration. Ms. Lessard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Université de Montréal.

BJ Morden is the Chief Technology Officer of the Company overseeing enterprise technology strategy, spanning core operations, digital and data platforms, enterprise architecture, infrastructure and cloud, and cyber security. Prior to his appointment to this role in January 2026, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Technology Solutions since joining Pet Valu in May 2023. Prior to this, Mr. Morden held senior IT and ecommerce roles across several businesses including Thane Direct Inc., Town Shoes LTD., Black’s Photography and, most recently, Sunwing Travel Group Inc. where he served as Vice President of IT Operations between 2019 and 2023. Mr. Morden earned Computer Network Engineering Technician and Technologist honor diplomas from the RCC Institute of Technology.

Tamara Sakota is the Chief Merchandising Officer of the Company, with oversight of the merchandising, proprietary brand, pricing & promotions, and procurement departments. Prior to joining Pet Valu in April 2025, Ms. Sakota held merchandising leadership positions over a 30+ year career across a variety of large Canadian retailers, including Walmart Canada, Rexall Pharmacy Group and, most recently, Canadian Tire where she served as Vice President, Merchandising of the Playing Division as well as General Manager of Pro Hockey Life. Ms. Sakota holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts from York University and a Master of Business Administration from Drury University.

Dasha Stupak is Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing employee relations, talent management, learning & development, payroll and safety & risk at Pet Valu. Prior to her appointment to this role in November 2021, Ms. Stupak held various positions of increasing responsibility within the Human Resources team since joining the Company in August 2011. Ms. Stupak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminology from Western University and Post Graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from Humber College.

Nico Weidel is the Chief Supply Chain Officer of the Company, with oversight of the Company’s omni-channel supply chain operations, demand planning and inventory replenishment. Prior to joining Pet Valu in June 2022, Mr. Weidel held multiple senior positions at the Hudson’s Bay Company from 2016 to 2022, and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain & Logistics. Prior to that, he held senior positions at the CHRIST Jeweler and Watchmaker, a division of Douglas Holding and Arvato Supply Chain Solutions in Germany. Mr. Weidel earned a Master of Science in Logistics, focussing on Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, and Industrial Engineering at the Technical University of Dortmund.
